Identify a place in your body, it might be an organ, a joint or an area on your skin, that you can feel hurting. This is your wound. 

Take a few moments to breath towards that place. Become aware of it. 

Now see that place as your mouth. 

Slowly start to talk from that mouth, your wound.

in a walking environment stand still and look around. Look at the others and realize you are one of them. Now turn around and search for the oppositie. The opposite of whatever you and the rest are doing.
